What is included
Every workflow names the problem, the Raycast features it uses, the prerequisites, the steps, a qualitative benefit, and the limitations. Platform tags say whether the sequence is documented for macOS, Windows, or both. If a step depends on a paid plan, the limitation says so.
Three patterns that cover most of the catalog
Open a known destination
Create a Quicklink, then an alias if you want one. It does not require AI. It fails if the destination is down or you are not signed in there.
Reuse text carefully
A snippet or Clipboard History avoids retyping. Exclude password apps, and do not use an ordinary word as the keyword.
Arrange or protect a work block
Half-screen commands are free examples. Saved layouts are paid. Focus is separate because it can quit apps.
What was left out
Sequences that needed an unverified calendar provider, a specific third-party extension, or a claim about Linux were left out. AI workflows are included only with the paid-plan prerequisite and an instruction to edit the result. Script workflows do not ship a script.
Use the finder when you know the job
Choose a goal and, if you want, Mac, Windows, or both. Open a workflow to see the steps.
